We celebrate that WHO takes Fetischism and BDSM off the sick list, thanx to successful Nordic collaboration! Svein Skeid will share background and moments from the long way towards this historical decision in June 2018. Wiktor Södersten give us the Swedish perspective and Helene Delilah will ask questions and try to tie this together.

Svein Skeid is award-winning for his work in the field of bdsm human rights for three decades.
Svein Skeid is founder and leader of the Revise F65 movement (http://www.revisef65.net) which is a committee of the Norwegian LGBT+ organization. which from 1994 formed the basis of, (the Revise F65 model) started and and succeeded with the ground-breaking pioneering work to remove BDSM and fetish diagnoses in the Nordic countries and now, at last, globally. Svein Skeid is honorary member of two Norwegian Fetish and BDSM organizations (SLM Oslo and SMil Norway).
Two times he has been choosen to one of the most influential LGBT persons in Norway (2000 and 2011).
He was honored with the Gay Person of the Year Award 2003 by the Oslo section of the Norwegian LGBT+ organization.
Svein Skeid is a Norwegian registered physiotherapist with professional background in psychiatry.

Wiktor SöderstenWiktor Södersten is a medical doctor and psychologist doing research and working clinically in Sexual Medicine. Wiktor was the project manager of RFSUs group on BDSM and Fetish when they pushed through the removal of the diagnosis in Sweden paving the way for Norway, Finland and the rest of the world.

Helene Delilah has been an activist and organizer at the BDSM-scene since 1994 when she began the work to form the leather-club LASH, welcoming women and transgender kinksters. After founding club LASH Helene Delilah run it for 13 years. 2014 club LASH turned into club Wish, where Helene Delilah is an Honorary member nowadays.
In 2005, shortly after being employed at RFSU Sthlm (the Swedish Association for Sexuality Education) Helene Delilah introduced the ideas from Revise F65 into RFSU, and initates the forming of RFSU Sthlms BDSM and fetisch group 2006. Helene Delilah is also co-writer of the groundbreaking Swedish book "The great book of sex -for women having sex with women" including one whole chapter on BDSM.
